The FRANSAT UHD TV Stick is a new generation of TV module (CI+2.0), modern and simplified, to receive DTT ranging from High Definition to Ultra High Definition (4K-UHD*), by satellite, directly into your television without a decoder or external cable.
The TV Stick is simply inserted into the USB port (CI+2.0 standard) of your compatible television with integrated satellite tuner and installs the channel list in just a few moments.
No cables or additional remote controls! Once inserted into your compatible TV with USB CI+2.0 port and integrated satellite tuner, the FRANSAT UHD TV Key pack, including the TV Key and its FRANSAT card**, gives you simple and direct access to DTT HD and UHD* with exceptional satellite reception quality.
The TV Key is also compatible with optional TV channels and allows you to access the FRANSAT CONNECT TV application!
If you have a TV compatible with the formats UHD video HDR10 ("High Dynamic Range") and Dolby Digital Atmos (AC4) and Dolby Digital+ (AC3) audio, also enjoy the new UHD* DTT channels.
The TV Key allows you to select the regional France 3 channel of your choice. Once this choice is made, you can access your local content on channel 3.
The new FRANSAT UHD TV Key embodies Fransat's commitment to more sustainable television. Its smaller size makes recycling easier: fewer raw materials, lighter cardboard packaging that minimizes transport costs, and it is fully recyclable. It allows for significant energy savings, as it is powered directly by the TV, with very low additional energy consumption.
* Please note: to correctly receive UHD DTT services, you must also check that your TV is compatible with the UHD HDR 10 format.
** For technical reasons and for the security of access rights, the latest generation FRANSAT UHD card has a limited lifespan of 4 years, starting from the date of its first insertion into the decoder or TV module.
Many TV manufacturers, such as HISENSE, LG, and PHILIPS, have already integrated the CI Plus 2.0 standard, which is compatible with the TV Stick.
