2. BUYER
   The Buyer is the real or legal person who places an order via the website www.bluesattv.net.

3. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
   This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products or services ordered electronically by the Buyer.

4. PRODUCT AND PRICE
   The type, quantity, price, and payment details of the product or service are stated on the order page and approved by the Buyer.

5. DELIVERY
   Ordered products are shipped to the address provided by the Buyer within a reasonable period, depending on stock availability.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
   The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the delivery date. Digital content and subscription products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.

7. EFFECTIVE DATE
   By placing an order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this contract.

This contract enters into force upon electronic approval.
